Guatemala Mayan Morning (full city roast) - This small-plot, high-altitude, Fair Trade certified™ coffee is organically grown by 40 Ixil Mayan coffee farmers in Guatemala's Quiche district.

Mexico Altura Chiapas (medium roast) - This outstanding coffee is produced by a fair-trade and organic certified coop located in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, in one of the world's most diverse forest reserves. This reserve contains Mesoamerica's largest continuous cloud forest, and it serves as a refuge to thousands of plant and animal species. O, FT, RA

El Salvador "Made in the Shade" (medium roast)
- The 100% shade-grown, high-altitude Bourbon coffee is produced by El Salvador's Batres family on their Rainforest Alliance certified™, eco-friendly Finca Monterey plantation perched at the edge of Bosque El Imposible National Park, one of Central America's most important natural areas and one of the few remaining natural forests in El Salvador. Costa Rica La Amistad (full city roast) - Located adjacent to La Amistad International Park in the lush mountains on the border of Costa Rica and Panama, La Amistad Estate is divided into small areas for coffee growing and organic agriculture, with 95% of the land dedicated to conservation and ecotourism. Coffee plots are interspersed among large patches of forest, rivers, springs and waterfalls.O

Out of Africa Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (medium roast)
- This 100% organic, Fair Trade certified™ coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) reveals a delicate, berry-fllled brightness and kiss of citrus.
Family farmers produce this ancient varietal coffee in their backyard gardens, planting a few trees among their food crops. This traditional varietal coffee known only as "Yirgacheffe," has been passed from farmer to farmer for hundreds of

Out of Africa Natural Sidamo (medium roast) -
This natural processed, certified organic coffee from southern Ethiopia's famed Sidamo region reveals an intensely floral and fruit-fllled aroma, with hints of chocolate and pipe tobacco. Natural processing means coffee beans are dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit pulp is removed, as is the case with the more common wet-processed coffees. O, FT, RA

Out of Africa Tanzania Dream (full city roast) -
Harvested in the shadow of Africa's Mount Kilimanjaro, this organic Tanzanian coffee is produced in the country's rural Mbeya region, renowned for producing some of Africa's finest arabica coffees. The Tanzanian Hope Project was established to set up coffee washing and drying stations in the heart of the region and produce coffees of the highest quality. This superior African displays many of the characteristics of highly regarded Kenyan coffees, but with less acidity and a fuller body. O

Mellow Monkey Mandheling (French roast) - Sumatra Mandheling is a natural (or dry) processed coffee cultivated in west-central Sumatra near the port of Pandang. Most farms in the area range from one to four acres in size and are interplanted with fruits and vegetables, allowing farmers to be more self sufficient. O, FT
In the cup - Full-bodied with muted acidity and a natural earthiness, notes of roasted caramel and hints of chocolate. Deep aroma.
Mellow Monkey Decaf (French roast) - Naturally decaffeinated Sumatran Mandheling. Green coffee beans are immersed in pure mountain water to extract caffeine, which is then filtered out without removing the coffee's flavor components. This process results in beans that are 99% caffeine free. O, FT

Suenos Dulces "Sweet Dreams" Decaf (French roast) - Unlike decaffeinated coffees using chemical or CO2 processes to remove caffeine, this artisan crafted Mexican Mountain Water Process decaf is the result of small-batch roasting and a unique, natural decaffeination process using pure, glacial runoff from Mexico's highest mountains (17,000'-18,000' above sea level).
